About Us
Arkanum was formed in 2003 around a team of entrepreneurs who had been working together since 1995 on a wide range of business development projects but focusing mainly on PFI contracts. Some of these projects are listed in the following sections.
Whatever our role in either leading or participating in a new venture, we take the view that we will have to bear the consequences of our decisions, so we focus on whole life outcomes, evaluate the risks of both proceeding and of doing nothing, consider the management and structural implications of change and concentrate on sustainable delivery.
Once the project structure has been developed, we have the experience to put a team in place to mobilise the operation and any facilities, and to achieve the necessary registrations before handing over to our management group or operational partner.
